With a history of working in multiple startups, across prop tech, financial services, telephony systems, as well as launching my own own businesses in the property sector, and multiple mobile apps, I am passionate about product and building experiences that users love.

Projects I've shipped on the side of contracting. Each one started as a problem I've had myself, or a friend has experienced.
Trips Together
Group trips don't die because people don't want to go. They die because nobody can agree on dates, budget, or what 'beach holiday' means to six different people. I built Trips Together around that. Not a destination search, but getting a group to an actual decision.

What I built
- —The problem was never convincing people to go on a holiday, it was getting six people to agree on when and what a great holiday looks like to them. Every feature decision came from that.
- —An AI agent takes everyone's budget, travel style, and past trips and generates options the group votes on. Fewer arguments, actual decisions.
- —Users can vote on all aspects of the trip, making decisions together, as well as finding dates that work for everyone.
- —Expense splitting is built in. Plan, commit, go, settle up. No spreadsheets. The full trip lifecycle, in one app.
Challenges
- —New signups ignored feedback request emails, and friends told me what I already knew/ were blindly supportive. I needed honest takes from people who had no reason to be kind.
- —PostHog replaced the manual database queries and tracked granular user activity. I could suddenly see where people dropped off, what they actually clicked, and which features nobody touched.
- —I also ran in-person demos with Q&As. Watching people use the app in real time surfaced things no survey would have caught.
- —For qualitative feedback I found the right moment: while the AI generates a trip plan and users are already waiting, we capture feedback, keeping them engaged, and gathering crucial learnings that steer our product.

Sales, Product and Partnerships Lead
A tenant referencing service with an integrated marketplace · Property, Renting
- —Joined early-stage team of 5 as first commercial hire; started coding on day 2 to close the gap between product and sales
- —Built the product roadmap from sales and client conversations. Ran discovery calls, turned what I heard into requirements, and worked directly with engineers to get it built.
- —Grew the client base from 5 to 150+
- —Led the full product: Working with a design team, legal and compliance sign-off, customer onboarding
- —Worked with legal from the start so compliance shaped the product instead of blocking it
- —Ran sales myself: found agents, pitched the products and onboarded them.
